Based at Regent St Bristol Lucy Alice Yoga offers puppy yoga Bristol classes combined with after yoga cocktails.

A triple whammy of serotonin(yoga-puppy play and cocktails (alcohol free cocktails are also available)). Lucy makes a very special effort to ensure that every single person has some precious play time with the adorable puppies.

The whole session lasts two hours including the cocktail time.

It shouldn’t be forgotten that the puppies massively benefit from these interactions because as their tender young age exposing them to as many experiences and people as possible helps to set them up to become well balances dogs in later life.
